She is survived by: her husband Everette Haynes; her daughters, Susan Crockett and Linda Wells; her sisters, Bonnie Cirmella, Barbara Edwards and Faye Chnupa; her grandchildren, Jennifer Massaro, Lee Crockett, Jeff Wells II and Hannah Crockett; and her great grandchildren, Quad Crockett, Sophia Massaro and Landon Holmes. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
