It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alison Vance Bass (Pelion, South Carolina), who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Command Sergeant Major Robert R.; and her brother William F. Harrell Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Alexis "Alex" L. Bass of Pelion; her former husband Lawrence "Larry" B. Bass of West Columbia; her mother Joyce "Jo" L. Vance of Pelion; her sister-in-law Priscilla Harrell (Patsy) of West Columbia; her nephews, John "Jay" J. Harrell (Holly) of Lugoff and William "Will" F. Harrell Jr. (Kristie) of Irmo, SC; and her niece Melissa H. Womack (Brent) of Rutherfordton, NC.
