He was predeceased by: his parent Herbert Lee Poole; his wife Edith Hutchins Poole; and his sister Nelda Pressley. He is survived by: his parent Velma McKillop Poole; his children, Cynthia K. Poole of Dallas, Lori Poole Black (Steve) of Stanley and Rodney Lee Poole (Sherry) of Smyrna, SC; his grandchildren, Greg Ingram, Jr., Lauren Poole and Austin Clark; and his close friend Leota Shaw.
