I spoke with Tracy on almost a daily basis as we own the dog grooming facility directly across from her business. She was truly an incredibly gifted and talented woman. We will never forget how she always took the time to play with our 2 dogs (Kaia & Boudicca) as they loved her so much as we all did at Pawleys Grooming. I know the Lord will always hold you in the palm of his hand. You will be greatly missed.”
