It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Woods of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, born in Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on May 18, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Rhodes and Amanda Rhodes. She is survived by: her children, Tammy A. Pridgen and Todd Atkinson (Vickie); her sisters, Judy Mixon (Richard), Marsha Chavis and Betty Huggins; her granddaughters, Heather Powell (Casey), Kelli Funderburk (Stewart) and Jordan Atkinson; her great grandchildren, Gavin Powell, Ellington Powell, Laney Funderburk, Tate Funderburk and Peyton Funderburk; and her siblings, Delores Agnes Rhodes, Brenda Rhodes Tolson, Rosene Rhodes Usher, Larry Dwight Rhodes, Elvis Eugene Rhodes and Jimmy Douglas Rhodes.
