He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Napoleon Poulin and Marie Zelie Boucher Poulin; his wife Esther M. "Tess" Poulin; and his siblings, Yvette Sandberg (Ernest), Germaine Maigret (Paul), Lucienne Flannery (Jim), Theresa Casavant (Don) and Gerry Poulin (Mary).
He is survived by: his sons, Michael G. Poulin (Melissa) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Mark R. Poulin (Lore) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Stephen J. Poulin (Robin) of Pawleys Island, SC; and his grandchildren, Aimée, Karlee (Joseph Michael) and Benjamin.
