He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Palmer and Ethel Palmer; his brother Donald Palmer; and his daughter Donna Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Frances; and his children, Sheila D'Alessandro (Robert) of Pawleys Island, SC, Holly Poli (Keith) of Kingwood, TX, Richard Jr. Palmer (Cookie) of Wappinger Falls, NY and Todd Palmer (Kimmie) of Carmel, NY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
