She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius DeGraaff and Agnes DeGraaff; her former husband Thomas A. Geary; her husband Armando Cocuzza; her sister Janet Mohl (DeGraaff); her daughter Deborah A. Geary; and her siblings-in-law, John Geary, William Geary, Justin McCarthy, Alice Wormke (Geary) and Mary Ellen McCarthy.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Landrigan (Geary) and Michael J. Geary (Linda); her grandchildren, Thomas, Tracey Geary, Sean and Brian Landrigan; and her brother Cornelius DeGraaff (Christine). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Susan G Komen Foundation or Church of the Precious Blood, SC A celebration of her life will be held at Precious Blood of Christ Catholic Church on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 after church service.
