He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew R. Neubauer and Anna M. Donovan; his wife Ottilie "Lee"; and his brothers, George Neubauer and Raymond Neubauer.

He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Neubauer (Jeff), Suzanne Freitag (Rich) and Jennifer Neubauer; his grandchildren, Lauren Freitag and Bradley Freitag; his significant other Glenda Taylor; his partner's daughter Olivia Ozycz (Greg); and also, Teddy and Ruby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
