He was predeceased by: his parents, Whetsel Mullins and Bertha Cochran Mullins; his wife Carole Ann Mullins (Kindcaid); and his granddaughter Marissa Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Pam Luers (Phillip) of Pawleys Island, SC, Lonnie Alan Mullins (Deborah) of South Bend, IN and John Mullins (Tina) of Surprise, AZ.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Edmonds and Evans Funeral and Cremation Services (6941 Central Ave, Portage, IN 46368). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the same location.
