He is survived by: his spouse Elise Ballard O'Hara; his children, Joseph Trey O'Hara of Pawleys Island, SC and Jodi O'Hara Truluck (Brad) of Charleston, SC; and his grandchildren, Jesse Leigh O'Hara, Mackenzi Elise Truluck, Kadence Elizabeth O'Hara and Ellison Lee Truluck.
