He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Boyd Parrott and Dorothy Parrott (Ball); his wife Rebecca Parrott (Burnett) of Pawleys Island; his children, James Parrott (Ann) of Virginia and Julie Echols (David) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Emily and Madison Echols; his siblings, Frances McElvey (John) of Delaware and Kenneth Polky (Donna) of Indiana; and his pet Henry. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins; a large, loving extended family and many supportive friends.
