With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Moore of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Shuford Moore and Jack Moore. He is survived by: his wife Pam Presnell Moore; his daughters, Ashton Kennedy (Tommie) and Meagan Potterfield of Pawleys Island; his sister Debra Persons (Rob) of Aiken; his grandchildren, Jordyn Potterfield, Jack McConnell, Madison McConnell, Macon Potterfield, Lilly McConnell, Tyler Potterfield, Lydia Farnsworth and Emma Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Zoë Potterfield of Pawleys Island and Anais Potterfield of Pawleys Island. He is also survived by wife of nearly 50 years and their daughters and grandchildren.
