He is survived by : his sons, James Otto (Jessica) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Keith Otto (Danielle) of Murrells Inlet, SC, Rich Otto (Roxanne) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jason Otto (Felicia) of Staten Island, NY; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Michael, Layla, Brianna, Brayden, Kylee, Alyssa, Samantha, Austin and Arielle.
