She is survived by: her granddaughter Mackenzie; her friend Wolf-Dieter Eberwein; her daughter Christine Lawson; her siblings-in-law, Darla Petersen, Brigitte Plath, Annette Plath-Gabler and Kambyse Samii; her nieces and nephews, Nathalie Samii Hanotier, Delara Petruszka Vel Peterseil, Caroline Samii, Barbara Plath, Kevin Petersen, Steven Petersen, Arne Plath and Christoph Plath; and also Karen Plath.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 1931 Brookgreen Garden Dr, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
