He was predeceased by: his parents, Hernon Stullenbarger and Ollie Stullenbarger; and his brothers, Lawrence and Donald Stullenbarger. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Fogle Stullenbarger; his daughters, Laura Powell (Rudy) and Claire Robinson (Russell); his grandchildren, Maddie Powell, Alexis, Erin Robinson, Parker and Tanner Powell; and his siblings, Anne Dennis, Kent and Bobby Stullenbarger.
