He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Hatfield Tulloh and Charles A. Tulloh; his siblings, Charles Tulloh Jr. Max Tulloh, Doug Tulloh, Bill Tulloh, Ray Tulloh, Marian Wellman, Betty Jo Lavender and Charlene Eskew; his wives, June Estep Tulloh and Sheila Jo Wilson Tulloh; and his granddaughter April Tulloh.
He is survived by: his brother Philip Tulloh of Fort Mill, SC; and his children, Glen Tulloh of Pawleys Island, SC, Rose Tulloh Childers of Sitka, AK and Lori Wilson Mays of Pawleys Island, SC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
