Troutman, Jr.; her children, Lisa Elliot (Tim) of Gainesville, GA, Robin Stokes (Gerald) of Clarkesville, GA and Kevin Ramsey of Gainesville, GA; and her grandchildren, Blake Martin, Louise Elliot, Paul Newell and Jessica Terrell. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
