He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Farley and Audrey Farley; his siblings, Alice and David; and his daughter Amy Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hopkins Farley; his children, Patrick Alan Farley of Chapel Hill, NC and Leslie Dare (Sherwood Bryan) of Raleigh, NC; and his grandchildren, MacKenzie Farley of Honolulu, HI, Will Hicks of Williamsburg, VA and Hannah Bryan of Raleigh, NC..
A private service will be held at a later date due to Covid.
