He was predeceased by: his father Jack Clifton Lee; and his brother Jack C. Lee II. He is survived by: his mother Nell McCraw Lee; his siblings, Jesse Lee and Tori L. O'Conner (Neal); his girlfriend Carol Perry; his pet Micky; and his nieces and nephews, Trent, Trish, Keri and Jack.
