With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Liner Ray Switzer of Pauline, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Barbee Switzer of Oakboro, NC; his father Liner Switzer; and his siblings, Wayne Switzer and Mary Switzer. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Switzer Knight (Michael) and Matthew Ryan Switzer (Taylor); his mother Eugenia Gregory Switzer; and his brother Doyle Switzer (Joann). He is also survived by family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 316 S. Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306 or to North Spartanburg Rotary Club, PO Box 3423, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
