He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Guy Morris Atchley and Mary Juanita Logan Atchley; his wife Patricia Gentry Atchley; his children, Tsiania Atchley Kearney (Dean) of Townville, SC and Larry Michael Atchley of Spartanburg, SC; his daughter-in-law Chris Atchley of Pauline, SC; his brother Phillip Atchley (Joan); his stepchildren, Debbie Gideon (Jim) of Woodruff, SC, Rhonda Glenn (Craig) of Pauline, SC and Danny Gideon (Bebe) of Pauline, SC; his former wife Yvonne Lanford Atchley; his son James Donald Atchley; and his grandson Gary Morris Atchley. He was also cherished by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
