It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Royals of Pauline, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Coley and Edna Mae Gregg Satterfield; and her siblings, Betty Scally, Brenda Lee, Judy Smith and Kenneth Satterfield.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Royals; her daughters, Amy Riley (McKenzie) and Jessica Roberts (Matt); her grandchildren, Claire, Aidan, Brynn, Owen, Arleigh and Colton; her siblings, Jeff Satterfield (Nancy) and Elaine Huckabee (Gene); and her sister-in-law Tonya Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
