It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Palmer Sellars (Pauline, South Carolina), who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Harlan and Ruth Allen Layton Pettit; her sons, John Palmer and Dennis Palmer; and her siblings, Frank Pettit, Layton Pettit, Donald Pettit and Carrie Lou Bishop Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her children, Bert Sellars (Starr), Lee Sellars (Cathy), Jan Palmer Moss (Rodney) and Toni Sellars Lindler (Ed); her daughters-in-law, Joyce Palmer and Eula Palmer Bridges (Mike); her grandchildren, Cappie Sellars, Wendy Sellars Fisher (David), Scott Lindler (Paige), Chuck Lindler (Kriste), Christopher Green and Cassandra Green; her great grandchildren, Sellars Lindler, Matthew Lindler, Anna Grace Lindler, Becca Lindler and Katherine Fisher; and her brother Mack Pettit.
