He is survived by: his mother Nancy Thomas Smith; his siblings, Renee Kennedy (Foster) and Robby Smith (Cindy); his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Hart (Claire), Bradley Smith, Taylor Thomas (Jesse) and Anna Rogers (Jamie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reese Hart, Charlotte Hart, Ella Grace Thomas, Olivia Thomas, Logan Smith, Payton Smith, Mason Smith and Gavin Smith; and his aunts, Joyce McCain and Mickey Thompson (Freddie).
