With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Jennings of Pauline, South Carolina, born in Union, South Carolina, who passed away on July 5, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Leroy Jennings and Clara Prince Jennings; and his daughter Deborah Jennings Pittman. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Rhinehart and Victoria Jennings Polk. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and other family and friends.
