He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Gainey Polson; his children, Jacob Polson of Patrick, SC, Jerry Lundy (Kayla) of Patrick, SC, Adam Lundy (Tamara) of Cheraw, SC and Brandy White (Josh) of Cheraw, SC; his grandchildren, Kara Lundy, Lane Lundy, Liam Lundy, Kali Tadlock, Harleigh Tadlock, Bailey Tadlock, Tanner Lundy, Tylah Lundy, Tatum Brumley, Noah Patterson, Luke Patterson and Harlee White; and his siblings, John Polson of Hartsville, SC, Jimmy Polson (Sherry) of Cheraw, SC, Scotty Walters (Melody) of Patrick, SC and Mary Tolson (Alvin) of Patrick, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
