He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie "Lon" Adams and Cleveland Williams Adams; his wife Easter Louise Gulledge Adams; his sisters, Bernice Tarlton and Leona Adams; his children, Danny Ray Adams and Linda Diana Crowley; and his children-in-law, Cindy Dixon and Delbert Crowley.
He is survived by: his son Alonzo Adams, Jr. (Judy) of Patrick, SC; his grandchildren, Nancy Purvis, Elizabeth Mays, Daniel Adams, Harold Wayne Adams and Delbert Wayne Crowley; and his caregivers, Nancy Purvis and Tina Miller. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
