It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Wiley Adams of Parksville, South Carolina, born in Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Luther Wiley, Sr. and Lexie Long Wiley; her daughter Jennie McCarty; and her siblings, W. M. Luther Wiley, Jr. and Kathlene Pettigrew.
She is survived by: her sons, William Coye Adams of Greenwood, Timothy Daniel Adams of Parksville and Joseph S. Adams of St. Stephens; and her grandchildren, Brandy Adams, Coye Adams and Tim Adams. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
