He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lonnie Wise and Pearlie Mae Yarborough Wise; and his siblings, Ervin Wise, Alex Wise, Oral Wise, Harry Wise and Wilma Caraway.
He is survived by: his wife Landa Poston Wise of Pamplico; his children, Amy Creel (Mark) of West Columbia, Gary Wise of Lake City and Lonnie Wise (Hillary) of Parker, Colorado; his grandchildren, Amber Bernard (James) of Charlotte, NC, Emily Habash (Andrew) of Lexington, Taylor Wise of Arlington, Julian Wise of Parker and Emerson Wise of Parker, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Magnolia Habash of Lexington and Jimmy Bernard of Charlotte, NC.; and his siblings, Allen Wise of Florence, Blondell Turner of Lexington, NC, Mary Poston (Edd) of Pamplico and Nellie Gaskins of Lake City.
