With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scovia Hanna (Pamplico, South Carolina), who passed away on August 29, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth L. "Snap" Hanna; her parents, Shelly Samson Powell and Tenzil Elwood Powell; her daughter Joyce Dean Hanna; her granddaughters, Jennifer Kay Braswell and Eva Elizabeth Humphries; and her siblings, Aubrey, David Powell, Zollie E. Powell and Lila Mae P. Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Carraway (Billy) of Coward, Lynda H. Humphries (David) of Lake City, Kent Hanna (Karen) of Coward, Scott Hanna of Hannah and Temple H. Nickell (David) of Lake City; and her granddaughter Michelle Stone (Robby) of Pamplico. She is also survived by eleven other grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
