He was predeceased by: his parents, Wardie Poston and Ronie Poston; his wife Euphemia Richardson Poston; his son Francis Poston; and his siblings, Herman Poston (Hilda), Earl Poston (Sarah), Ernest Poston (Betty), Harold Poston, Azalee Hanna (Murdie), Audrey Weaver (Wallace), Lucille Altman (Roland), Alberta Abrams (Richard), Bessie Lyerly (Ovid) and Lois Davis (Harold).
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Keith (Allen) of Pamplico; his granddaughters, Casey Cooper of Pamplico and Cristy Altman (Anthony) of Pamplico; his great grandchildren, Jackson Cooper of Pamplico, Parker Altman of Pamplico, Layla Cooper of Pamplico and Payton Altman of Pamplico; and his sister-in-law Roberta Poston.
