He is survived by: his parent Leroy Witherspoon; his wife Judith Stanley Witherspoon; his children, Robert David Witherspoon, Jr. (Magen) of Pamplico and Amy Witherspoon Hall (Tim) of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Mary Hanna Witherspoon, Ava Grace Isgett, HaLeigh Haywood (Trent), Robert Ethan Cox, Avery Cox and Olivia Cox; his great grandchildren, Blaise Haywood and Arlo Kate Haywood; and his sister Andrea Debney of Pamplico. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
