He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Coleman and Maxine Finklea Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Betty Coleman; his daughters, Emily Coleman (Michelle) and Sarah Coleman (Katie); and his sisters, Marilyn Barnes, Dora Anne Gibbs and Sandra Gibbs (Winston). He is also survived by numerous cousins; nieces and nephews.
