It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Davis (Pamplico, South Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman McFadden Sr. and Christina Davis; and his brothers, Herman Jr. and Leroy "Bubba" Davis. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Daniels of Baltimore, MD, Deirdre Davis Blunt of Columbia, SC and Joseph Davis (Samenthea) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Donte' Daniels (Keishia) of Baltimore, MD, Tiesha Stewart of Baltimore, MD, Anthony Bryan (Shayna) of Baltimore, MD, Keona Bryan of Baltimore, MD, Shandria Daniels of Baltimore, MD, Justin Blunt, Jalen Blunt of Columbia, SC and Jolisa Taylor of Charleston, SC; his sisters, Betty Christian (Richard, III) of Goldsboro, NC and Mindell Sams of Florence, SC; his half-brother Richard Eaddy of Florence, SC; and his aunts, Effie D. Burgess and Pastor Minnie P. Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friend.
