He is survived by: his mother Betty Ann Welch Huggins; his wife Lynne Avin Huggins; his son Lee Huggins (Emily) of Pamplico; his granddaughter Eden Huggins of Pamplico; his siblings, Rose Anne Baldwin (Jeff) of Adams Run, SC, Betsy Huggins of Gastonia, NC, Sara Huggins of Australia, Freddie Huggins of Meggett, SC and Buddy Huggins (Christy) of Ravenel, SC; his cousin Michael "Sonny" Brown (Gina) of Timmonsville; and his close friend Sammy Ard of Pamplico. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended relatives and friends.
