He was predeceased by: his parent Charmon G. "Tom" Haines, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Alice Hampton Haines; his siblings, David Haines, Greg Haines, Mary "Beth" Haines and Laura Walkup (David); and his nieces and nephews, Hunter Baxley, Matthew Haines, Jessica Haines, Emily Haines and Anna Walkup.
