He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Jones and Lindsey Snow Stone Jones; his wife Eva Blackwell Jones; and his brother S. J. Jones. He is survived by: his sons, Willie Jones (Karen) and Samuel Barry Jones; and his grandchildren, Adam Jones and Kelsey Gibbons (Blake).
