She is survived by: her parents, Roy Lee and Debra Horne Smith; her spouse Robert Edward "Ed" Helms; her children, Ryan L. Smith and Alexis Swagger of Pageland; her siblings, Rayford Smith of Jefferson, Robert Smith of Monroe, Roger Smith of Kannapolis, N. C. and Nicole Smith Ortiz of Cheraw; and her grandmother Levene Horne of Pageland.
