She is survived by: her parents, Gene Rowell and Mary Thomas Rowell; her husband Homer Emery Mills, Jr. of Pageland, SC; her children, Jimmy Russell and Jessica; her stepchildren, Steven, Rick and Sue; her siblings, Michael Rowell (Annette), Karen Wheeler (Andres), Teresa Almond and Angie Simpson (David); her siblings-in-law, Lynn Mills, Tammy Timmons and Teresa Mills; and her grandchildren, Mariah, Juan, Javier, Mia, Alexis, Jasmine, Dylan, Allie, Savannah, Lane, Austin, Bentley, Carson, Kayson, Ryder, Jase, Hailey and Paige.
