It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Murray Ratliff (Pageland, South Carolina), born in Mount Croghan, South Carolina, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George Ratliff of Washington; and his sisters, Odessa Caldwell and Sarah Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Price Ratliff of Marshville, NC; his children, Robert M. Ratliff, Jr. (Judy) of Marshville, NC, Randy S. Ratliff (Gwen) of Marshville, NC, Rodney K. Ratliff (Shelia) of Marshville, NC, Ricky L. Ratliff of Camden, SC, Barbara A. Chapman (Dennis) of Mt. Gilead, NC and Gail Ratliff of Mt. Gilead, NC; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Robbie, Ryan, Katie, Lindsey, Kelly, Amanda, Reggie, Ashley, Crystal, Randale, Kim, Chris and Candace. He is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren.
