He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvell and Blanche Sharon Harvell; and his wife Brenda V. Harvell. He is survived by: his children, Tim Harvell (Judy) of Blackstock, SC and Tammy Horne (Dale) of Polkton, NC; and his brother Andrew Harvell of Pageland, SC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
