He is survived by: his wife Anita Evans Mills; his children, Jeffrey Mills (Amy) of Chapin, SC and Janice M. Deese (Rodney) of Pageland, SC; his sister Kathryn Mills Bliven (Larry) of Salisbury, MD; his siblings-in-law, Earl Ashley of Fayetteville, NC, Pat Mills of Toccoa, GA and Shelley Mills of Goldsboro, NC; and his grandchildren, Jacob Landon Mills and Kailey Reece Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
