Marlowe Darrell left this world on December 10, 2024 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell James Funderburk and Marion Jean Starnes Funderburk; and his son Kendal Lee Funderburk. He is survived by: his wife Anne Eubanks Funderburk; his sons, Brian Hicks (Karis) of Pageland, SC, Dustin Funderburk (Christina) of Pageland, SC and Cory Funderburk (Amanda) of Marshville, NC; his sister Debbie Spurlin (Donald Davis) of Peachland, NC; his grandchildren, Landon Hicks, Lawson Hicks, Cameron Funderburk, Carson Funderburk, Corbin Poplin, Zayden Funderburk and Declan Funderburk; and his son Marlowe.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Liberty Hill Baptist Church (757 Liberty Hill Church Rd., Pageland, SC 29728). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
