She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Tessneer and Elizabeth "Libby" Pearson Tessneer; and her son Jonathan Derick "John Boy" Moree. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Edward Moree of Pageland, SC; her son Jackie Dwayne Smith of Shelby, NC; her siblings, Tommy Tessneer of Shelby, NC, Bobby Tessneer of Shelby, NC, Billy Tessneer of Shelby, NC, Debbie Eaker (Ty) of Shelby, NC and Renee Phillips (Billy Thomas) of Shelby, NC; and her grandchildren, Jackie Dean Smith, Chase Derick Smith, Samuel Tyler Shane Blanton and Christin Hamrick. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
