He is survived by: his son Greg; his daughters-in-law, Angie Blackburn and Darlene Blackburn; his grandchildren, Wesley Blackburn, Charlie Blackburn, Magan Lewis (Corey) and Nick Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Makenzie Lewis, CJ Lewis, Raylen Blackburn, Hayden Blackburn, Eleanor Blackburn, Lena Blackburn and Harper Courtney; and his sisters, Eva Appel and Carolyn Platts.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wolf Pond Baptist Church Choir fund.
