He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howell and Betty Sue Williams. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Williams of Pageland, SC; his children, Daniella Williams of Monroe, NC, Maria Williams of Pageland, SC and Joey Putnam of Pageland, SC; and his sisters, Margaret Bates of Shalotte, NC and Cheryl Jones of Granbury.
