He was predeceased by: his parents, Jon Edward Agerton and Elizabeth Arden Agerton; and his brother Jon Arden Agerton. He is survived by: his sisters, Ann Lucas (Lance) of Matthews and Pam Boies of Matthews; and his nieces and nephews, David Boies of Charlotte, Jack Taub of Charlotte, Christian Agerton of Pageland, Chris Agerton (Amy) of Pageland, Kelly Taub (Neal) of Charlotte, Stella Taub of Charlotte and Miranda Payne (Wesley) of Pageland.
