With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna Lou Ellwanger of Pageland, South Carolina, born in Monroe, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2024 at the age of 92. Though Anna Lou may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anna Lou touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Evans and Berchie Funderburk Evans; her husband Don Ellwanger, Sr.; her daughter Lou Ann Farnsworth; and her siblings, Wilson Evans and Frankie Laney.
She is survived by: her grandson Bradley Jordan (Katie) of Pageland, SC; her son Don Ellwanger (Jenny) of Sacramento, CA; and her brother Lindsey Evans (Vivian) of Pageland, SC.. She is also survived by family and friends.
