She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Fleming and Mittie Mathis Fleming; her son Michael Worthy; and her siblings, Jackie Fleming, Sr., Eddie Beck and Margie Murray.
She is survived by: her daughter Renee O'Brien (Reggie); her grandchildren, Ami Parris, Jennifer Jolly (Ricky), Joey O'Brien (Rachel) and Jason O'Brien (Shonna); her great grandchildren, Hannah Curry (Dee), Dawson Jolly (Brandi), Abigail Hood (Charlie), Olivia and Ella Davis; her great great grandchildren, Hadley, Halston and Heisman Curry; her niece Sheryl Shehan (Mike); her nephews, Jackie Fleming, Jr. and Jerry Ritch (Linda); and her friend Shannon Burrell.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the charity of one's choice in memory of Carolyn F. Worthy.
